Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at studio@marissalazaridis.com.

Please note: All artwork is made to order. Framed prints typically require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely — just email us as soon as possible at studio@marissalazaridis.com with your updated address.

Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

All Limited Edition prints are professionally framed and ready to hang. Each one is floated over an acid-free mat and set in a handcrafted shadow box frame for a museum-quality finish.

Open Edition prints (when available) will be sold unframed to offer more flexibility in how you choose to display them.

If your print arrives damaged, please email us at studio@marissalazaridis.com within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or find a solution.

Every order includes a handwritten thank-you note from the artist.

If you're sending your order as a gift and would like to include a message for the recipient, email us at studio@marissalazaridis.com right after checkout — we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes — all Limited Edition prints are hand-signed and numbered by Marissa Lazaridis. Open Edition prints, if offered, may not be signed unless noted otherwise.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Fine art prints are museum-grade reproductions created using the Giclée printing method on archival, acid-free paper. Unlike standard posters, they offer exceptional detail, color depth, and longevity—designed to last for decades without fading or yellowing.

Yes. Original paintings by Marissa are available on the Originals page. If a piece is still available, you’ll see a “Click to Inquire about Availability” button. If not, it’s either sold or part of a private collection.

Each framed print is made to order in collaboration with Tribeca Printworks. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time (After Production):

• Domestic (U.S.): Most framed prints arrive within 5–7 business days after they ship.

• International: If you're located outside the U.S., please email studio@marissalazaridis.com before purchasing to receive a custom shipping quote. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after shipment, depending on location and customs processing.

Need something specific? If you require delivery by a certain date or have special requests, feel free to reach out.

In case of damage: Please email clear photos of the artwork and packaging to studio@marissalazaridis.com within 7 days of delivery. Each case will be handled individually with care to ensure a fair outcome.
