Please note: All artwork is made to order. Framed prints typically require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely — just email us as soon as possible at studio@marissalazaridis.com ()with your updated address.
Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

What happens if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please email us at studio@marissalazaridis.com ()within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or find a solution.

Are the prints hand signed by Marissa?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all Limited Edition prints are hand-signed and numbered by Marissa Lazaridis. Open Edition prints, if offered, may not be signed unless noted otherwise.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

What is a fine art print?

Fine art prints are museum-grade reproductions created using the Giclée printing method on archival, acid-free paper. Unlike standard posters, they offer exceptional detail, color depth, and longevity—designed to last for decades without fading or yellowing.

Do you sell the original paintings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Original paintings by Marissa are available on the Originals page. If a piece is still available, you’ll see a “Click to Inquire about Availability” button. If not, it’s either sold or part of a private collection.

What should I expect for shipping times and delivery?

Each print is made to order in collaboration with Tribeca Printworks (NYC).
 Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships.
Shipping Time (after production):
 • Domestic (U.S.): Most prints arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
 • International: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
If you’re located outside the U.S., please email studio@marissalazaridis.com ()before purchasing to receive a custom shipping quote.

In case of damage:
