Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at studio@marissalazaridis.com.
Please note: All artwork is made to order. Framed prints typically require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely — just email us as soon as possible at studio@marissalazaridis.com with your updated address.
Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.
If your print arrives damaged, please email us at studio@marissalazaridis.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or find a solution.
Each print is made to order in collaboration with Tribeca Printworks (NYC). Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships.
Shipping Time (after production):
Domestic (U.S.): Most prints arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
International: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
If you’re located outside the U.S., please email studio@marissalazaridis.com before purchasing to receive a custom shipping quote.
Need something specific? If you require delivery by a certain date or have a special request, please reach out prior to ordering — I’ll do my best to accommodate.
In case of damage: Please email clear photos of the artwork and packaging to studio@marissalazaridis.com within 7 days of delivery. Each case will be handled individually and with care to ensure a fair resolution.
