Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at studio@marissalazaridis.com.() Please note: All artwork is made to order. Framed prints typically require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely — just email us as soon as possible at studio@marissalazaridis.com ()with your updated address. Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

If your print arrives damaged, please email us at studio@marissalazaridis.com ()within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or find a solution.

Yes — all Limited Edition prints are hand-signed and numbered by Marissa Lazaridis. Open Edition prints, if offered, may not be signed unless noted otherwise.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Fine art prints are museum-grade reproductions created using the Giclée printing method on archival, acid-free paper. Unlike standard posters, they offer exceptional detail, color depth, and longevity—designed to last for decades without fading or yellowing.

Yes. Original paintings by Marissa are available on the Originals page in Store. If a piece is not there it is either sold or apart of a private collection.

Each print is made to order in collaboration with Tribeca Printworks (NYC). Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. Shipping Time (after production): • Domestic (U.S.): Most prints arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. • International: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing. If you’re located outside the U.S., please email studio@marissalazaridis.com ()before purchasing to receive a custom shipping quote. Need something specific? If you require delivery by a certain date or have a special request, please reach out prior to ordering — I’ll do my best to accommodate. In case of damage: Please email clear photos of the artwork and packaging to studio@marissalazaridis.com ()within 7 days of delivery.
