Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping
Each framed print is made to order in collaboration with Tribeca Printworks. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time (After Production):

Domestic (U.S.): Most framed prints arrive within 5–7 business days after they ship.

International: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after shipment, depending on location and customs.
If you need your order by a specific date or have special delivery requests, feel free to reach out.

Commissions
Custom canvas commissions may require additional time for creation and delivery. Shipping costs for commissions will be quoted individually after the final piece is complete and packed.
Packaging
Framed prints are securely boxed; unframed prints are shipped in rigid mailers or protective tubes. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Return Policy
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email studio@marissalazaridis.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our art, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Commissions
Custom pieces (including commissioned canvases) are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with the final result, we’re happy to work with you within reason, but all sales are final once the piece is approved and shipped.
Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
