SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Shipping
Each print is made to order in collaboration with Tribeca Printworks. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time (After Production)

Domestic (U.S.) - Most prints arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

International - Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
If you need your order by a specific date or have special delivery requests, please feel free to reach out.

Commissions
Custom canvas commissions require additional time for creation and delivery. Shipping costs for commissions are quoted individually once the final piece is completed and packed.

Packaging
Prints are carefully packaged in rigid mailers or protective tubes to ensure safe arrival. We take great care in preparing each order so your artwork arrives in excellent condition.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURN POLICY
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email studio@marissalazaridis.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our art, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Commissions
Custom pieces (including commissioned canvases) are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with the final result, we’re happy to work with you within reason, but all sales are final once the piece is approved and shipped.
Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
