“Μήλο κανείς; - Apples, anyone?” draws from memories of visiting family, where my grandmother would offer slices of apple as casually and instinctively as conversation.
Rooted in lived experience, the painting reflects on the gestures that become embedded in memory, the familiar rituals, offerings, and rhythms of time spent together.
As relationships and circumstances shift over time, these once-ordinary moments begin to take on new significance.
This work continues an ongoing exploration of memory, atmosphere, and the emotional weight carried within everyday acts.
